How we helped a Toyota dealer center increase conversions and attract more users with lead generation forms and sophisticated targeting
Goal
A large Toyota dealer center sought to increase sales of new car models by driving value site actions including interactions with the find-a-dealer location tool, application for callback request, and applications for test drives. Also, he looked for opportunities to attract new customers with a low cost per lead.
Ad Strategy
Taking a data-driven approach, we leveraged NT DMP and first party data to create custom segments. Using AI algorithms, we accurately identified high-intent users to show them advertisements at the right moment. Our team step by step drove performance for each step of the car shopping journey from upper-funnel campaign with banners ads to lower-funnel campaign with lead generation forms and search ads.
Through our multichannel campaign, timely removal of low-convert users and both manual and Bid Factors optimization, we achieved the client’s goal and boosted applications for test-drives.
